This is to allow users to create a blacklist of IP addresses for which they do not want events / page views stored against. It’s most often used for excluding their own IP address while they are testing their own sites.

To be able to show the user the % change for all KPI’s. E.g 2.1k Page Views (Up 12% on previous period)

Where can I find annotations like GA3? It's useful for monitoring external ad campaigns such as TV etc, an annotation could serve as a historical reminder of why traffic spikes happened.
